How is this computed?

We aggregate the TXx (yearly maximum of daily maximum temperature) from the Copernicus C3S CMIP6 multi-model ensemble under SSP2-4.5 and average the 2041–2060 window. The historical baseline is the mean annual TXx from NASA POWER MERRA-2 reanalysis over 1981–2010 at the same point. These are projections, not predictions — the p10–p90 band reflects how the 20 climate models disagree.
